Charitable Requests & Donation Requests
Ms Wezzie takes great pride in supporting the community.
She is pleased to accept donation requests for services and events throughout the year.
The first step is to download and fill out the form below and return this request to her shop either in person or via the USPS. Please understand, however, that she receives dozens of requests throughout the year and thus is unable to fulfill all such requests. She will notify recipients via email for pick-up instructions for donations for the current or upcoming month. Please submit all donation requests at least one month prior to the service or event date.
